About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner directly with managers and leaders on organizational structures, performance management, complex people issues, compensation and recognition recommendations, and talent matters
- Own the team member experience from hire to retire, including job scoping, career development, coaching, feedback and development processes, promotions, engagement survey improvements, attrition analysis, and people compliance
- Resolve employee relations issues and advise team members on development and career goals
- Empower and upskill managers and advise on HR issues and escalations
- Help develop and implement diversity and inclusion practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally and oversee insight-based, outcome-oriented HR program and service delivery
- Partner with the Global Talent Partner Lead, other Talent Partners, and Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, People Development, and HRIS teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience working in an HR role across disciplines such as employee relations, recruitment, performance management, employment law, compensation practices, or organizational design
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build credibility at all organizational levels
- Ability to use and interpret data and apply a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and quickly deliver outcomes
- Meticulous organizational and planning skills, with comfort working through change
- Proven influencing and negotiating skills with internal and external groups
- Strong listening skills and exceptional EQ
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
- Adaptable, authentic, accountable, values-driven, collaborative, curious, resourceful, proactive, and analytical
- Experience with HR/Talent Management Systems such as Workday (desirable)
- Experience working with global teams (desirable)
