About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of employee relations investigation experience in a corporate environment
- English and Spanish/Portuguese language proficiency
- Availability to work a 4:00 PM–12:00 AM shift (remotely)
- Experience conducting high-volume workplace investigations, preferably within a large technology company
- Strong knowledge of workplace investigation best practices and employment laws, including Title VII
