About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support international trade compliance initiatives, including U.S. and Mexican import/export regulations and cross-border operations.
Provide guidance on trade compliance matters to business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of trade compliance policies, procedures, and best practices.
Identify, assess, and help mitigate regulatory risks related to international trade activities.
Partner with supply chain, logistics, operations, and legal teams to promote compliance with applicable trade regulations.
Monitor changes in international trade laws and regulations and communicate relevant updates to internal stakeholders.
Support compliance audits, documentation reviews, and other trade compliance initiatives as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in international trade compliance or a related field.
Strong knowledge of U.S. and Mexican trade compliance regulations.
Professional fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) is required.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
