About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and enhance compliance operations, systems, and workflows.
- Support HCP/HCO engagement processes, transparency reporting, and third-party compliance activities.
- Develop compliance metrics, dashboards, and reporting capabilities.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to implement compliant business processes.
- Support audits, monitoring activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, compliance operations, or related pharmaceutical/biotechnology functions.
- Experience implementing and managing compliance-related systems and technology platforms.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements, including AKS, FCA, FDA regulations, PhRMA Code, EFPIA Code, and transparency reporting requirements.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA, JD, or equivalent preferred.
