Key responsibilities & impact

Own the Salesforce platform architecture
Lead technical design and delivery for complex Salesforce features
Directly manage two Salesforce Engineers
Architect and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems
Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and release management practices
Lead discovery and requirements analysis sessions
Evaluate third-party AppExchange solutions
Manage technical debt and platform security posture
Drive Salesforce release management
Advise on Salesforce roadmap alignment
Partner with the Data Architect on Salesforce data governance
Contribute to cross-platform architecture decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of Salesforce engineering experience
Expert-level Apex
Salesforce Platform Developer II required
Experience designing and governing Salesforce integrations
Strong understanding of the Salesforce security model
Experience with SFDX, CI/CD pipelines
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers
CPQ or Revenue Cloud experience, a plus
Excellent communication skills
Effectively manages priorities in a fast-paced environment
Background in professional services, legal services, or staffing industries, a plus
