About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead regulatory strategy for stablecoin / digital payment / asset initiatives across multiple jurisdictions
Assess and interpret cryptocurrency / stablecoin, payments, and digital asset regulatory frameworks, providing clear, practical guidance to business and product stakeholders.
Develop and maintain jurisdiction-specific regulatory playbooks, including licensing, structures, partner models, and ongoing compliance obligations.
Build and manage relationships with regulators, policymakers, and key external partners to support licensing, approvals, and market entry.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Qualified with 5-12(+) years’ PQE, ideally with experience in payment regulatory and digital asset experience; open to payment regulatory / digital asset lawyer; legal qualification preferred but not mandatory.
Good understanding of cryptocurrency / stablecoin regulatory issues is an asset
