Requirements

What you’ll need

5-10 years of relevant legal practice experience.

Familiarity with transactional work involving intangible assets.
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, clinical, technical, and business stakeholders.
Juris Doctor (JD) and licensed to practice law in an applicable jurisdiction.
