About the role
- Manage client's legal operations processes and perform new process mapping.
- Build out new processes and design roadmaps for implementation.
- Create and maintain resource materials on operational processes.
- Plan and implement improvements to contracting systems, including developing and uploading templates.
- Assist with project coordination and process management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a legal operations professional optimizing in-house legal workflow with contract, performance, vendor, and financial management work.
- Familiarity with legal department KPIs.
- Experience managing budget & spend management.
- Comfortable with software implementation and experience implementing new systems and incorporating existing workstreams.
- Robust experience with legal operations technology and related software.
- Experience with CLM tool Luminance would be ideal.
