About the role

  • Provide legal support to the financial and physical commodities trading activities in the Asia region
  • Draft, review and negotiate trading and risk management documentation
  • Work closely with front office, risk, compliance, operations, and external law firms

Requirements

  • 4-8(+) years of transactional legal experience
