About the role
- Working with and advising corporate clients directly regarding commercial real estate matters
- Drafting and negotiating real estate finance documents and supporting internal client teams
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of significant transactional experience, preferably in an in-house environment
- Complex commercial real estate experience including real estate finance, leasing, and acquisitions and sales
- Experience working on leasing, purchases and sales, REIT, residential, property management, and LL/T disputes
- Experience within the following industries: Retail, restaurant/hospitality, industrial, and energy
- Experience with retail real estate and commercial is preferred
- Active bar license in good standing in the state in which you currently reside
