About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Technical analysis and troubleshooting of VoIP customer systems and lines from various vendors (including Cisco, Webex, Andtek)
Implementation of changes and service requests in existing UC environments
Remote configuration of telephone systems (e.g., users, devices, routing, call forwarding)
Planning and executing software updates on customer systems
Support and monitoring of systems as part of our Managed Services (IMAC)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training in IT/telecommunications (e.g., IT specialist for system integration, systems electronics, information electronics, communications electronics)
Several years of experience in network or VoIP engineering or with Cisco (CUCM/Unified Communications) or comparable systems
Solid knowledge of VoIP, Unified Communications, LAN and ideally firewall environments
Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
Business-fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken.
