About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Line management of four employees in Account Management
- Coaching, performance evaluation, employee development and personnel reporting
- Regular exchange with business lines and competence centers to continuously develop the service offering
- Strategic account planning and development of the team’s client portfolio
- Responsible for recruitment, selection and structured onboarding of new employees
- Establishing, maintaining and enhancing processes, structures and guidelines
- Design and implementation of advisory models and consulting formats (Trusted Advisor)
- Ensuring sustainable knowledge and competence management
- Ensuring compliance with the regulatory requirements of Axians Somnitec AG
- Direct management of a strategic existing client portfolio as the primary point of contact
- Budget responsibility and revenue planning for own clients
- Ensuring and measuring customer satisfaction
- Conducting regular account and steering committee meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of leadership experience in account management at a senior level
- Industry experience in IT (MSP environment)
- Completed HF or FH qualification with a business administration or comparable background
- Know-how in strategic account planning and client development
- Experience in budget planning and revenue responsibility
- Leadership experience including recruitment, coaching and development of employees
- Experience designing advisory and consulting formats (Trusted Advisor)
- Strong quality, process and structural awareness
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
