About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Technical analysis and troubleshooting of customer VoIP systems and connections from various vendors (e.g., Cisco, Webex, Andtek)
  • Implementation of changes and service requests in existing UC (Unified Communications) environments
  • Remote configuration of telephone systems (e.g., users, devices, routing, call forwarding)
  • Planning and execution of software updates on customer systems
  • Administration and monitoring of systems as part of our Managed Services (IMAC)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed vocational training in the IT/telecommunications field (e.g., IT specialist for system integration, system electronics, information electronics, communication electronics)
  • Several years of experience in network or VoIP technology or with Cisco (CUCM/Unified Communications) or comparable systems
  • Solid knowledge of VoIP, Unified Communications, LAN and ideally firewall environments
  • Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
  • Business-fluent German and very good written and spoken English
