About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Planning and managing digitization projects for district, city and municipal administrations together with your project team
Analyzing and optimizing processes related to our financial software and adjacent specialist departments
Training and onboarding end users in new projects and for existing customers
Project control including cost monitoring, resource planning, risk management, stakeholder management
Ensuring project success on time, on budget and in scope
Supporting sales in pricing and defining project boundaries as well as further developing our customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training or university degree, e.g., in economics, business administration or comparable qualification
Initial professional experience in project management and experience leading project teams of 2–10 people on projects lasting several months
Willingness to travel regionally in northern and eastern Germany (approx. 1 day/week)
Desirable: basic knowledge of accounting and experience in the municipal sector
Strong communication skills, commercial mindset, proactive working style
Very good German language skills (at least C1)
