About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Direct line management of four Account Management employees
- Coaching, performance evaluation, employee development and HR reporting
- Regular coordination with business lines and competence centers to continuously develop the service offering
- Strategic account planning and development of the team's clients
- Responsible for recruiting, selection and structured onboarding of new employees
- Establishing, maintaining and improving processes, structures and guidelines
- Design and implementation of advisory models and consulting formats (Trusted Advisor)
- Ensuring sustainable knowledge and competence management
- Ensuring compliance with the normative requirements of Axians Somnitec AG
- Direct management of a strategic existing client portfolio as the primary point of contact
- Budget responsibility and revenue planning for own clients
- Strategic account planning and ongoing development of own clients
- Ensuring and measuring customer satisfaction
- Conducting regular account and steering committee meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of senior-level leadership experience in account management
- Industry experience in IT (MSP environment)
- Completed HF or FH qualification with a business/economics or comparable background
- Proven expertise in strategic account planning and client development
- Experience in budget planning and revenue responsibility
- Leadership experience including recruitment, coaching and staff development
- Experience designing advisory and consulting formats (Trusted Advisor)
- Strong understanding of quality, processes and organizational structure
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
