About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist our customers with questions related to the IT systems we operate
Analyze and resolve hardware and software issues (1st & 2nd level support)
Document solutions and frequent requests in the ticketing system
Support the setup and maintenance of workstations (e.g., PCs, printers, networks)
Collaborate with experienced colleagues from the systems and project teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker) or an equivalent qualification
Strong knowledge of IT support and technical understanding of Windows systems, networks, and common hardware and software
Desirable: experience with project work and in a systems integrator / IT service provider environment
Service-oriented, team player, independent, structured, and proactive working style
Driving license (Class B)
Fluent German and good English skills
