About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- 1st, 2nd & 3rd level support — you handle requests by phone, via remote access or through the ticketing system and deliver fast, sustainable solutions.
- Troubleshooting — hardware, software, network or printers: you identify faults and restore systems to full operation.
- Monitoring & performance — you detect issues early and keep our customers' environments running before they become critical.
- Customer contact — you take the lead with clear, friendly communication directly with our customers and users.
- Service quality & SLAs — you are reliable: you meet your commitments and deliver high-quality service.
- Documentation & knowledge transfer — you document solutions and share knowledge with the team and customers to ensure sustainable outcomes.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training in IT
- Several years of experience in an IT service environment (system integrator, service provider) required
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft server/client applications and Windows, macOS or Linux
- Experience with networking, hardware and common applications
- Enjoy direct customer contact and the ability to explain complex IT clearly
- Languages: business fluent in German and English; French is a plus
- Valid Category B driver's license (car)
- Resilience, team spirit and the ability to manage multiple customer requests concurrently
