About the role

  • Analysis, design and implementation of SAP landscapes for our clients
  • Planning and execution of technical S/4 conversions targeting on‑premise and private cloud (SAP RISE)
  • Support for onboarding and deployment of SAP RISE system landscapes, and assistance with go‑live and transition to operations
  • Performing system installations, upgrades and patches according to client requirements
  • Ensuring system stability, performance optimization and root‑cause analysis
  • Advising on the planning and implementation of system architectures and the integration of SAP modules
  • Ensuring compliance with security standards and policies
  • Supporting clients in system testing and resolving technical issues
  • Documenting performed activities and preparing training materials
  • Supporting our sales colleagues in presales activities and proposal preparation

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience as an SAP Basis Consultant or in a similar role, ideally in consulting
  • Solid knowledge of administration and configuration of SAP systems, including experience with SAP NetWeaver; ideally experience with SAP cloud solutions (RISE, BTP), SAP HANA and, in particular, S/4 transformations
  • Experience with system installations, upgrades and patching
  • Knowledge of SAP architectures, technologies and best practices
  • Good understanding of SAP security standards and experience implementing relevant controls
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Ideally SAP OS/DB migration or S/4 Upgrade and Conversion or other SAP technology certifications
