About the role

  • Advising our service-provider clients on the further development of their networks
  • Developing solution concepts for IP-/MPLS-based networks and services and documenting them in High-Level and Low-Level Designs
  • Automating operational processes in complex network environments
  • Testing and implementing concepts and detailed solutions
  • Preparing and delivering training sessions and workshops
  • Providing technical guidance to team members within projects
  • Presenting our solutions to management and technical teams
  • Participation in remote on-call duties

Requirements

  • Degree in (Technical) Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent qualification through practical experience, plus vendor certifications (Juniper, Nokia)
  • Several years of practical experience in planning and implementing carrier networks
  • Strong (ideally certified) knowledge of Juniper or Nokia technologies and network automation
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany
  • Team player, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills
  • Fluent German and good command of English
