About the role

  • You independently plan and manage cross-media marketing activities – from concept to execution.
  • You design and coordinate online campaigns (e.g., on LinkedIn and the company website), newsletters, and support internal and external communications.
  • You take on project management (preparation and follow-up, planning, implementation) for internal and external events and trade shows – also cross-departmentally with multiple stakeholders.
  • You work closely with internal specialist departments, agencies and service providers and serve as the central point of contact for our partners.
  • You create compelling presentations, edit technical articles and contribute creative ideas to our marketing strategy.
  • You keep up with current technology topics around digitization, innovation and artificial intelligence and initiate related activities in various formats.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in marketing, communications or a related field, or comparable training/qualification
  • Several years of experience in marketing, ideally with a focus on online campaigns and events or trade shows
  • Good sense for layouts and visual storytelling as well as confident, target-group-oriented copywriting
  • Confident user of PowerPoint, Word, Excel and experience with CMS (e.g., WordPress)
  • Structured working style, proactive and strong communication skills, organizational talent, project management skills, and a willingness to think beyond your immediate area
  • Willingness to travel within Germany
  • Business-fluent German and good English skills
