About the role

  • Support with day-to-day data protection legal issues
  • Assist with records of processing activities and data protection documentation
  • Support the development and further enhancement of the data protection management system
  • Research current developments, case law and best practices in data protection
  • Participate in internal data protection and compliance projects
  • Prepare training and awareness materials
  • Support business units on data protection matters
  • Take on own areas of responsibility after onboarding

Requirements

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d), ideally studying business law, business administration (BWL), business informatics (information systems) or a comparable field
  • Interest in legal, organizational and technical topics
  • Structured, independent and reliable working style
  • Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to learn quickly
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
  • Basic knowledge of data protection is an advantage but not required
