About the role

  • You develop scalable cloud applications with Python and make informed architecture decisions — from microservices and event-driven architectures to serverless solutions.
  • You design and implement modern software on AWS, leveraging the full potential of the cloud platform.
  • You accompany features and projects from initial design through to production operation — including CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
  • You work directly with clients, understand their business requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Automation is second nature to you — you develop using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CDK) and build robust deployment pipelines.
  • You experiment in our lab environments and contribute to internal formats (Tech Talks, team challenges) as well as external events.

Requirements

  • Solid development experience: Several years of practical software development experience with Java or Python (Mid-level or higher).
  • Software architecture know‑how: You understand design patterns, can justify architectural decisions, and have experience with microservices, APIs, or event-driven design.
  • AWS experience: Hands-on experience with AWS — you know the key services and how to develop cloud-native applications.
  • DevOps tooling: Practical experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CDK, or similar), container technologies (Docker, ECS/EKS), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong communicator: You can clearly convey technical concepts and are comfortable in direct client contact.
