About the role
- Organize and conduct project surveys / detailed surveys with the client to determine their requirements
- Coordinate activities required to prepare the project for tender/public consultation
- Update client and internal databases
- Organize RNI surveys and measure the zero/reference point
- Review plans for permit/tender submission
- Obtain site plans (buildings, cadastral maps)
- Develop execution budgets taking into account economic, structural and physical aspects
- Monitor project progress and manage invoicing
- Liaise with clients, property owners, subcontractors and authorities
- Prepare the execution dossier (reinforced concrete plans, steel construction)
- Implement management system requirements (management control, quality, environmental protection, occupational health and safety) within your area of responsibility
Requirements
- Federal VET certificate (CFC) in a technical field and/or a civil engineering degree
- 2–3 years' experience in a similar project management role
- Experience supervising personnel
- Proficient with MS Office applications
- Category B driver's license (required)
