About the role

  • Support the SAP Consulting and Managed teams in SAP security projects
  • Develop security strategies and role and authorization concepts
  • Conduct audits, vulnerability assessments, and system hardening
  • Integrate partner solutions and configure SAP Single Sign-On (on-premises/cloud)
  • Secure hybrid SAP landscapes, including S/4HANA, BTP, RISE/GROW
  • Implement encryption strategies and security standards
  • Develop technical concepts and provide security consulting within the SAP environment
  • Train customer personnel, support presales activities, and assist with project management
  • Optional: Security analysis of custom code

Requirements

  • Degree in (business) informatics/computer science or equivalent qualification (or relevant professional experience)
  • Several years of practical experience in SAP Basis and SAP Security
  • Solid knowledge of IT security (networks, encryption, system hardening)
  • Experience executing complex customer projects and creating technical concepts
  • Experience with S/4HANA, Fiori, HANA DB, ideally with tools such as XITING
  • Optional: SAP or IT security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM)
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Structured, solution-oriented working style and enjoyment of customer contact
  • Willingness to travel (predominantly remote with home-office option)
