About the role

  • Independently perform payroll and salary processing, including reporting and certification
  • Serve as contact person for employees, social security agencies, and authorities on payroll tax and social security matters
  • Post-processing of the monthly payroll
  • Prepare, process, and forward various reports
  • Actively support and participate in specific HR topics and projects

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
  • Solid knowledge of payroll tax and social security law
  • Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Ideally experienced with SAP or a common payroll system (e.g., DATEV)
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Fluent German language skills
