About the role
- Independently perform payroll and salary processing, including reporting and certification
- Serve as contact person for employees, social security agencies, and authorities on payroll tax and social security matters
- Post-processing of the monthly payroll
- Prepare, process, and forward various reports
- Actively support and participate in specific HR topics and projects
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
- Solid knowledge of payroll tax and social security law
- Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel)
- Ideally experienced with SAP or a common payroll system (e.g., DATEV)
- Independent and structured way of working
- Fluent German language skills
