You accompany the entire lifecycle: from the initial idea through refactoring to quality assurance

Requirements

You have an IT degree, completed training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker), or a comparable qualification, plus experience designing complex systems
You have solid programming skills — ideally with Microsoft Business Central, ERP logic, and relational databases
You can structure complex requirements clearly and keep long‑term system health in mind even in dynamic situations
You communicate openly within the team and can convincingly represent technical decisions to various stakeholders
You work in a structured, solution‑oriented way and know when perfect architecture is necessary and when pragmatic solutions are appropriate
You communicate confidently in German and English — both in verbal exchanges and in documentation
