About the role

  • Onboarding of new customers, including analysis of growth potential in collaboration with the responsible Account Management team
  • Proactive customer communication, e.g., conducting regular check-ins and ensuring our customers get the maximum value from our solutions
  • Development and implementation of individual success plans to secure long-term customer retention
  • Close collaboration with vendors/manufacturers to stay up to date on products and solutions and to relay insights to internal teams
  • Internal and external stakeholder management with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services and executive management

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training with relevant further training or a degree in business administration (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Business Administration)
  • Several years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success Management or Project Management – ideally within an IT corporate environment
  • Experience working with Cisco Systems and other vendors
  • Desirable: Certification as a “Cisco Customer Success Manager”
  • Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills and strategic thinking
  • Fluent German, good English
