About the role
- Planning and configuring IT systems and integrating them into complex network environments
- Advising users on the selection and use of devices
- Supporting the user helpdesk with inquiries and system issues
- Administration and monitoring of IT systems and mobile devices
- Close collaboration with colleagues
Requirements
- Good secondary-school leaving certificate (Realschule), (Fach-)Abitur or equivalent
- Enthusiasm for IT topics, strong mathematical and technical understanding
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Quick comprehension, self-initiative and reliability
- Good knowledge of English
- Willingness to obtain a driver's license in the near future
