About the role

  • Operational leadership of the technical leads in the areas of structural design, structural analysis (statics), steel construction, electrical engineering, NIS calculations and tools
  • Ensuring, with respect to customer requirements, optimal costs through a unified engineering philosophy across all technical leads regarding optimal design (costs), quality and regulatory compliance
  • Continuous optimization of working methods and processes
  • Initiation of and commercial responsibility for innovation projects (e.g., further development and international commercialization of the Axians mobile communications mast, etc.)

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering (Building) or Architecture
  • Several years of experience in the planning and execution of building or steel construction projects
  • Analytical, team builder, mediator and pragmatic, results-oriented “doer”
  • German and English required; French and/or Italian advantageous
