About the role

  • Operate the IT infrastructure for our managed services customers
  • Analyze and handle service requests, incidents, problems, and changes
  • Work closely with our engineering teams
  • Plan and perform maintenance activities in customer environments as well as internally
  • Operate our monitoring and event management systems
  • Identify customer needs and hand them over to our sales organization

Requirements

  • Solid expertise in virtualization and server technologies (hypervisors such as VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM)
  • Practical experience with Microsoft core infrastructure (AD, DNS, GPO) as well as virtual desktop environments (terminal servers, VDI/Omnissa)
  • Understanding of storage connectivity/integration for infrastructures
  • Good German language skills and technical English proficiency
  • Experience in the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Intune, Entra, GPO, hybrid setups)
