About the role
- Facilitating Scrum events and introducing appropriate methods and tools
- Supporting the team in working autonomously and self-organized
- Clarifying technical requirements and defining project objectives
- Taking responsibility for validating, reviewing, and approving deliverables
- Ensuring software quality, budget compliance, and timely project delivery
- Supporting change and transition processes in agile collaboration
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Mathematics, or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in software development within a larger SME or corporate environment
- Solid Scrum knowledge and at least 2 years' experience in agile environments
- Clear communication, confident presence, and a self-organized way of working
- Ability to motivate teams and facilitate constructive problem-solving
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Ideally experience with Jira/Confluence and a Scrum certification (e.g., PSM)
- Promoting personal responsibility, self-organization, and an innovative mindset within the team
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, sense of responsibility, and assertiveness
