About the role

  • Actively contact prospects and existing customers by phone across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) — primarily within public administration, foundations, and similar organizations
  • Run campaigns to assess needs and invite contacts to online or on-site presentations — without applying sales pressure during calls
  • Handle inquiries from existing customers and prepare quotes/proposals
  • Identify market trends and new business opportunities in collaboration with field sales and team leadership
  • Maintain customer data, call notes, and quotations in the CRM system (MS‑Sales)
  • Work closely with inside and field sales teams and actively help shape telephony processes

Requirements

  • Commercial/business education, ideally with an IT focus, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in inside sales or telephone customer support — preferably in the IT sector or with technically complex products/services
  • Confident user of MS365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Enjoy active telephone outreach (inbound & outbound)
  • Interest in modern IT solutions and willingness to learn and become proficient in the products
  • Communicative, team-oriented and customer-focused; able to work independently and in a structured manner
