About the role

You are the first point of contact for end users of our Infoma software modules in the area of financial accounting
You analyze and classify customer inquiries and document reports in the ticketing system
You handle general customer requests and resolve them via remote troubleshooting and guidance
For more complex issues, you gather all relevant data and information and prepare the case for the next support level
You regularly use our training, professional development and certification offerings to continuously develop your skills

You have vocational training or a degree in business administration, public administration or tax accounting—or equivalent practical experience
You have excellent communication skills and enjoy contributing as a team player
You present yourself in a customer-oriented and friendly manner and have a strong service mindset
You demonstrate attention to detail, commitment and a willingness to learn new things
