About the role

  • Account management for existing customers: You expand established customer relationships, proactively support them and ensure the satisfaction of our long-standing clients
  • Preparation of proposals and contract negotiations: You create tailored proposals and successfully close contract negotiations
  • Collaboration with the product team: You provide valuable market feedback and help to further optimize our product

Requirements

  • Completed degree or vocational training in business administration/public administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
  • Passion for consulting and customer-facing work
  • Enthusiasm for new technologies, especially topics related to digitalization and process management
  • Initial project experience is an advantage
  • Experience in the waste management industry is a plus
  • High commitment and willingness to learn, with a structured approach to work in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel regionally
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
