About the role

  • Design and shape a modern Integrated Management System with a focus on ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
  • Support and accompany audits, implement standard requirements in a practical way, and help teams optimize processes and manage risks.
  • You are responsible for maintaining and further developing procedures across the entire company.
  • Identify system deviations early, assess them thoroughly, and derive targeted corrective and improvement measures.
  • Support the whole lifecycle from preparation and implementation to continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in (industrial) engineering, (business) informatics, computer science, quality management or a comparable field — alternatively you have a relevant vocational qualification.
  • You have initial practical experience in quality management, ideally with ISO 9001.
  • Knowledge of additional standards — e.g., environmental management, information security (ISO 27001), occupational health & safety (ISO 45001) or energy management — is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Switzerland and Germany approximately three times per month.
  • Very good German language skills (spoken and written) and good English skills.
