About the role

  • Develop and implement SAP S/4HANA solutions and landscapes in close collaboration with our clients
  • Analyze business processes and develop solution concepts to optimize end-to-end processes
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations for customers and prospects
  • Present workshop outcomes, concepts, and architectures at management level
  • Actively participate in the presales process to develop solutions
  • Prepare tender documents and create effort estimates based on functional and technical requirements
  • Provide strategic advice to our clients on planning and executing SAP S/4 transformation projects
  • Manage complex S/4 transformation and SAP projects as Project Manager
  • Further develop S/4HANA transformation project management approaches, tools, and methodologies

Requirements

  • Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and team orientation
  • Several years of professional experience as an SAP Consultant, Project Manager, or Solution Architect, ideally in the SAP S/4HANA environment
  • Solid process knowledge and understanding of SAP systems
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Experience in designing and implementing SAP solutions as well as process consulting
  • Several years of experience leading complex SAP projects with proven successes
  • Experience with S/4 transformation projects and strategic consulting
  • Experience with SAP S/4 Cloud and a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end processes
  • Willingness to travel for business within Germany
  • Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, SAP S/4 certifications
