About the role
- Independent responsibility for managing our business unit's revenue, cost and results controlling, including monthly reporting
- Preparation of quarterly reforecasts and annual budgets, with ongoing monitoring of variances
- Support the team lead in the preparation of the annual financial statements (year-end closing)
- Collaborate and coordinate with Sales on ongoing projects and project billing
- Define and review monthly and quarterly Exchange Values and provide support to project managers
- Maintain and further develop ERP system functionalities
- Develop decision support materials and analyses for management
Requirements
- Completed commercial/vocational training or a completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in a business-related field, ideally with a focus on controlling, or an equivalent qualification
- Very good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); ideally experience with SAP
- Initial controlling knowledge and strong numeracy; prior commercial experience is desirable
- Committed, highly motivated, resilient and reliable
- Independent, structured, goal-oriented and team-oriented working style
- Business-fluent German (negotiation level) and good English skills
