Consultant

• Develop and implement a company-wide health promotion and prevention strategy (focus: mental health, stress prevention, resilience) for employees and leaders in an international environment
• Design, manage and evaluate digital health campaigns and social media initiatives to promote wellbeing and mental health
• Advise and support HR, leaders and teams in implementing health-promoting measures and programs
• Develop and deliver trainings, workshops and awareness campaigns (online/offline) on topics such as mental health, healthy leadership and prevention, with a particular focus on our Gen Z employees and our training center in Kosovo
• Conduct scientific analysis of health data (e.g., employee surveys, usage data from health platforms) and derive evidence-based recommendations to improve productivity and cost-effectiveness
• Work closely with internal and external communications, HR and marketing teams, as well as international partners
