About the role
- You lead a team of software developers (disciplinary), remove obstacles for them, and provide technical guidance.
- Through regular, critical code reviews and coaching you ensure a clean, robust, and modern application architecture.
- As a passionate and experienced developer, you enjoy tackling challenging coding topics.
- You are, or will become, the technical 'buddy' to our product management team, supporting them with your expertise.
- Through regular employee discussions you stay close to colleagues, identify problems before they escalate, and develop each team member to ensure optimal team performance.
- You proactively network within the company to discuss on equal terms with development leads from other teams and collaborate on problem-solving.
- You regularly use our training, continuing education, and certification offerings to stay current both methodically and technically and to continuously improve.
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on experience as a developer for Business Central or Dynamics NAV (AL)
- Motivation to take the step into first-line management
- Enjoys communicating and working with people
- Team-oriented and flexible
- Business-fluent German and good English skills
