About the role
- Management and development of the accredited measurement laboratory (ISO/IEC 17025) for NIR (non‑ionizing radiation) measurements
- Technical, personnel and commercial leadership
- Acting as the interface with clients (mobile network operators) and authorities (cantonal NIR specialist services, certification bodies)
- Ensuring the quality of measurements performed and of measurement protocols
- Supporting measurement technicians in case of issues during measurements
Requirements
- Completed professional qualification in communication engineering (University of Applied Sciences) or several years of professional experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of mobile telephony technologies (3G, 4G and 5G) and high‑frequency measurement techniques
- Strong customer orientation
- Very good written and spoken German and French
