About the role
- Coordinate internal safety specialists and external service providers for occupational medical services and safety-technical support
- Investigate, process and analyze workplace accidents, and develop measures to prevent accidents
- Advise department managers on achieving environmental objectives and complying with occupational safety and accident prevention regulations
- Report accident statistics and environmental performance indicators
- Prepare risk assessments and operating instructions
Requirements
- Qualification as a 'Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit' (Occupational Safety Specialist) and experience in the operational implementation of occupational health and safety
- Experience with environmental (ISO 14001) and occupational health and safety management systems (ISO 45001)
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Interest in pursuing further qualification as a Safety and Health Coordinator
- Willingness to travel
