About the role

  • Translate requirements from standards such as ISO 9001 into practical work processes and implement them
  • Ensure appropriate methods and procedures for analyzing, optimizing, and monitoring an integrated management system are available and used effectively
  • Maintain and further develop these procedures across the organization
  • Organize appropriate trainings and workshops
  • Identify system deviations early, assess them, and derive targeted corrective and improvement measures
  • Support the entire process from preparation through implementation to the continuous development of management systems
  • Evaluate internal audits and provide support for external audits
  • Assemble a qualified audit team and ensure their professional development
  • Apply knowledge of audit principles, procedures, and techniques specifically during internal audits
  • Use risk management knowledge and methods to sustainably improve processes

Requirements

  • Degree in (industrial) engineering, (business) informatics/computer science, quality management, or a comparable field — alternatively, equivalent vocational training
  • Initial practical experience in quality management, ideally with ISO 9001
  • Knowledge of additional standards — e.g., environmental management, information security (ISO 27001), occupational health & safety (ISO 45001), or energy management — is a plus
  • Analytical thinking, a structured working style, and the ability to maintain an overview in complex situations
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaboratively develop solutions in a team
  • Willingness to travel within Switzerland and Germany, approximately 3 times per month
  • Very good German language skills (spoken and written) and good English
