About the role
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for semiconductor components, PCBs, systems, and supporting materials
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure optimal cost, quality, and delivery performance
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, Product, and Finance teams to align sourcing with business needs
- Monitor supplier performance, lead supplier audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring continuity and resilience
- Manage procurement planning, purchase orders, and inventory coordination with logistics partners
- Implement scalable processes, tools, and KPIs for efficient and transparent procurement operations
- Support sustainability and compliance goals across the supply chain
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management within the hardware, semiconductor, or electronics industry
- Strong understanding of the fabless semiconductor supply model and hardware manufacturing ecosystems
- Proven experience in supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities across technical and business teams.
