About the role
- Take full accountability for achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Prospect potential customers through social selling, telesales, email marketing, and events
- Conduct client demonstrations and discovery meetings
- Deliver tailored payment solutions that meet the needs of merchants and acquiring partners
- Create bespoke commercial proposals that align with client requirements
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of acquiring, payments technology, and industry trends
- Build a strong knowledge of the verticals in which Axcess provide payment solutions
- Managing and maintaining your sales pipeline
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales, ideally in an SDR, Account Executive, or Business Development role
- Driven by targets, motivated by performance, and confident speaking with senior decision-makers
- Eager to develop expertise in payments, acquiring, and merchant solutions
- A problem-solver who takes initiative and finds ways to get results
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services is beneficial but not essential – sales ability and attitude are what matter most
- Previous experience selling SaaS products or working in sectors such as gambling, forex, financial services, or travel will also be considered.
