About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop expertise in deal models, pricing strategies, distribution models, financial metrics, and quoting process
Partner with field sales team to ensure deals are optimized to meet program guidelines and strategic business objectives
Monitor quoting queue in Salesforce, consistently maintaining expected turn around times
Perform on-going analysis to support core business activities primarily focused on supporting the sales and operations teams within North America
Create documentation and training materials related to process and policy
Develop reports and dashboards to track performance against business initiatives and sales objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or other related fields required.
2-5 years prior work experience, preferably in a related role.
Proficient in Excel, including formulas, vlookups, & pivot tables required.
Intermediate-to-advanced skills with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Einstein Analytics highly preferred.
Experience with Salesforce.com and CPQ highly preferred.
