About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Achieve assigned sales and collection targets
- Manage distributor and dealer network, including network expansion
- Further develop business in the area by winning new A & B Class bodyshop accounts
- Manage service requirements of body shops and key customers in the area
- Planning & Forecasting of sales, material, OD
- Coordinating with team of technical associates, internal coordination with various departments
- Maintain healthy relationship with channel partners and end customers
- Responsible for overall business development in the defined area
- Taking lead in identifying and developing new business opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- MBA / Degree in paint technology/ Chemical Engineering
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Sales role
- Exposure in industry like Paint (Refinish), Tyre, Lubricants, Automobile
- Ability to cover large area.
