About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Achieve assigned sales and collection targets
- Manage distributor and dealer network, including network expansion
- Further develop business in the area by winning new B Class bodyshop accounts
- Manage service requirements of bodyshops and key customers in the area
- Planning & Forecasting
- Manage Team of Sales & Technical (including contract)
- Maintain relationship with vendors
- Responsible for overall business development in defined area
- Taking lead in identifying and developing new business opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- MBA / Degree in paint technology/ Chemical Engineering
- 8 - 10 years experience in sales preferably in paints or automotive after market.
