Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma, preferred
Minimum of 5 years of Industry experience
Valid Driver’s License, required
Good computer skills
Ability to prioritize work
Good understanding of body shop operations
Effective written and oral communication skills
Strong problem solving, time management and communication skills
Ability to sell, influence and negotiate with customers
Good interpersonal skills
Self-motivated
Business background/acumen and strong customer focus
