About the role

Support the preparation of monthly or quarterly financial report-outs.
Assist with consolidating data, analyzing variances, and identifying trends that influence business decisions.
Gain hands‑on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and operational financial modeling.
Partner with Operations, Accounting, HR, and other departments to understand how field and corporate activities translate into financial impact.
Participate in reviewing financial results tied to workforce planning, resource utilization, and operational efficiency.
Receive one‑on‑one mentorship from Senior FP&A leaders.
Attend workshops, panels, and intern networking events.
Participate in our “Journey‑to‑the‑Job” series to hear from seasoned executives, sharing their diverse career paths within the organization.

Rising junior enrolled in a bachelor’s program with a focus on Finance, Accounting, or related coursework preferred.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and financial concepts (training will be provided).
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present financial findings in a clear, concise manner.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Prior experience in finance, accounting, customer service, or data‑focused roles is a plus.
