About the role
- Scout, prospect, and confirm domains by researching new opportunities and reviewing existing databases to ensure high-quality link-building prospects
- Review and verify domains to ensure accuracy, relevance, completeness, and adherence to team standards
- Input and organize domain and prospect data into spreadsheets, CRM systems, or internal databases
- Maintain structured, easy-to-access records for the link-building and outreach teams
- Identify and flag low-quality, duplicate, or invalid domains to maintain high campaign standards
- Support quality control processes and suggest improvements to streamline domain vetting and data validation
- Collaborate with the link-building and outreach teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication between stakeholders
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in data entry, QA, or SEO support (link-building experience is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets accurately
- Comfortable researching, prospecting, and verifying domains independently
- Ability to follow guidelines consistently and support team processes efficiently
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with internal teams
- Process-driven and highly organized.
